Q.     How do I submit my dictations?
A.     Dictations can be submitted into our workflow system using your secure login account provided by MEDREX.  Alternatively, you have the option to use our SSL/TLS FTP servers.

Q.    How will my dictation be processed?
A.    As soon as you sign up, based on your specialty as well as estimated dictation volume, you will be assigned a highly-skilled MT Group.  When dictations are submitted into our system, the assigned MT group will automatically receive dictations for transcription.
The MT group comprises of expert quality assurance supervisors and medical transcriptionists.  These professionals perform the task of transcribing and checking the transcribed texts for the desired accuracy.  After thorough evaluation, they make the transcriptions available for your review and signature.

Q.    In which format can I receive the transcripts?
A.   You are free to receive transcribed texts in your desired format.  Our experienced team can create templates as per your requirement.  You can download the transcribed documents by signing into our secure workflow system using your confidential username and password.

Q.   How long will I be able to access the transcribed texts and dictations “online?”
A.   Transcribed texts are available online upto 365 days.  Dictations can be accessed online upto 7 days.  After 7 days, all data is archived into secondary media and kept for future reference.

Q:   What is the turnaround time available?
A:   We provide 12-hour, 18-hour, 24-hour, 36-hour and 48-hour TATs with options to deliver STAT reports as per the need.

Q:    How much does the service cost?
A:    You are requested to fill our “CONTACT US” section. This enables our representatives to get in touch with you and provide you with a better understanding of the rates charged by us on the basis of TAT and volume.

Q:    What are the different kinds of payment methods available?
A:    Payment is accepted either via PAYPAL or through WIRE TRANSFER made directly to our company account.  Billing is done either monthly or bi-monthly.

Q:    How will I know when I am billed?
A:   On the billing date, our Accounts Department will send a detailed INVOICE for your review and verification.

Q:   How can I test MEDREX services?
A:   You are free to avail our trial benefits by contacting us and our representatives will guide you through the process of creating a trial user account and password.  By using the trial account, you can upload test dictations and the dictations will be transcribed and uploaded free of cost for your evaluation.
